The Sanctuary is located north of the city of Visakhapatnam and is located about 5 kilometers from the city center. You can take public buses or taxis on the route Vizianagaram to Srikakulam along National Highway 16. To get to Visakhapatnam, you can use the following means of transport:
Visakhapatnam International Airport (VTZ) has flights that connect it with all the main cities of the country and also with some international ones.
Visakhapatnam Train Station (VSKP) is the closest train station where you can find trains connecting you to all nearby metropolitan cities. From there you can take a taxi to reach the sanctuary.

Entry Fee and Timings
To visit the Kambalakonda Wildlife Sanctuary is Rs. 10 for adults and Rs.5 for children. The charge for entering the vehicle is Rs. 200 which includes the entrance fee for five members. If you want to reserve a cabin, the charge is Rs.250. The trekking charges are Rs.150 for a group of 10 members. Kambalakonda Wildlife Sanctuary is open from 9 am to 4:30 pm every day of the week.
